How do I get started?
Sign up at dashboard.hotelary.ai and choose your plan. Our team will help you set up within 24 hours — rooms, WhatsApp, POS, everything.
How does WhatsApp integration work?
We connect to your hotel's WhatsApp Business number via the official API. Guests message your number, our AI handles inquiries, and staff manage everything from the dashboard.
How does pricing work?
You pay a fixed base platform fee (from based on hotel size). The platform includes the core modules and a managed AI allowance. Optional add-ons, prepaid AI credits, and Hotelary-managed WhatsApp credits are billed separately where applicable.
Can I migrate data from my current PMS?
Yes! We support data migration from most popular PMS systems. Our team handles the migration process to ensure zero data loss.
Is my hotel data secure?
Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, row-level security, and your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure. You own all your data.
What happens when I cancel?
Monthly plans: cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period. Annual plans: non-refundable but you keep access until end of term. Your data can be exported at any time.
Do you support multiple properties?
Yes, our Pro and Enterprise plans support multi-property management with centralized reporting and individual property dashboards.
How does tax compliance work?
Hotelary.ai uses the hotel country to show the correct tax labels, business tax ID fields, and invoice presentation. Indian hotels retain GST-specific slab and HSN handling.
