What is Form C and the FRRO?
Under the Registration of Foreigners Act, hotels in India must report every foreign guest to the FRRO / Bureau of Immigration by filing Form C. FRRO Autopilot captures the required details and files them on the government e-FRRO C-Form.
How does the Chrome extension file the C-Form?
You install the Hotelary extension and paste an API key you generate in your dashboard. On the government e-FRRO C-Form site, the extension fills the form for each foreign guest from your Form C data — inside your own logged-in session. You review and submit on the official portal. We never see or store your FRRO credentials.
Do you submit to the government on my behalf?
No. The extension fills the official form and you submit it yourself on the e-FRRO portal, then record the receipt back in Hotelary. You stay in control of every submission.
Is this included in my plan?
FRRO Autopilot is a paid add-on, billed per property per month. Talk to Hotelary to activate it for your hotel; you can turn it on for the properties that host foreign guests.
