Does staff need to install an app to use this?
No. Staff use WhatsApp on their personal phones — the same app they already have. There is no app to download, install, or train people on. The AI handles natural language so staff text the way they normally would.
What languages does the AI support?
Hindi, English, Hinglish (mixed), and 30+ international languages. Voice messages in any of those languages are transcribed and understood the same way as text. Staff and guests can write or speak in whatever language is natural for them.
How is this different from a chatbot?
Chatbots match patterns from a predefined list of intents. The Hotelary AI uses an LLM to understand intent from meaning — "cancel my booking next Saturday" works the same as "kal ki booking cancel kar do." It also remembers context across the conversation, so guests do not have to repeat themselves.
