Is HAAVIS free?
Yes — the text concierge plus a one-line website embed are free, with a prominent "HAAVIS by Hotelary" mark. Pro (from ₹999/mo) adds premium spoken voice, your own custom domain, and full white-label (the Hotelary logo is removed). The AI usage itself is metered separately through your AI-credit allowance.
Can guests really book by voice?
Yes. On Pro, guests speak naturally — "a room for Friday and Saturday for two adults" — and HAAVIS replies by voice, checks availability, quotes the live rate, and creates the booking. Text works the same way for everyone on Free.
Can I run it on my own domain?
On Pro, yes. Connect a domain like book.yourhotel.com from your dashboard; we provision the certificate and serve HAAVIS there, fully white-labeled. On Free, you embed it on your existing website instead.
Do you charge commission on direct bookings?
No. The booking engine is included in your platform fee. Every direct booking HAAVIS takes saves the 15-25% you would otherwise pay an OTA, and the guest relationship and data stay yours.
Does it handle multi-room and group bookings?
