How does WhatsApp integration work?

We connect to your hotel's WhatsApp Business number via the official API. Guests message your number, our AI handles inquiries, and staff manage everything from the dashboard.

How does pricing work?

You pay a fixed base platform fee (from ₹2,999/month based on hotel size) plus usage-based charges for WhatsApp messages, AI conversations, and OCR scans. If you use Hotelary's payment processing, a 3% convenience fee applies on transactions.

Can I migrate data from my current PMS?

Yes! We support data migration from most popular PMS systems. Our team handles the migration process to ensure zero data loss.

Is my hotel data secure?

Absolutely. We use enterprise-grade encryption, row-level security, and your data is hosted on Supabase infrastructure. You own all your data.

What happens when I cancel?

Monthly plans: cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period. Annual plans: non-refundable but you keep access until end of term. Your data can be exported at any time.

Do you support multiple properties?

Yes, our Pro and Enterprise plans support multi-property management with centralized reporting and individual property dashboards.

How does GST compliance work?

Hotelary.ai automatically calculates GST based on CBIC guidelines, including slab detection based on declared tariff. All invoices are GST-compliant with proper HSN codes.
